Anna Jaconelli is a Senior Solicitor in Harper Macleod's Intellectual Property & Technology team, based in the firm's Edinburgh office. She joined Harper Macleod in 2022. Anna has a particular interest in the publishing, media, entertainment and music sectors. Her experience includes copyright enforcement, licensing and takedown matters, as well as advising on issues affecting creators. She has advised on a range of media and entertainment projects and supports clients with the drafting and negotiation of associated commercial agreements.
